Your free preview is usually ready in a few minutes. After you choose a package, most finished songs arrive within a day or two, and The Keepsake is made first.

Before we write anything, we show you what we understood and you confirm it. Every package includes a fix if we still get a name, fact, or pronunciation wrong—and we fix the line, not the whole song.

How do you make sure names are pronounced correctly?

You can add pronunciation notes ("Siobhan = shi-VAWN"). After the song is made, we transcribe the vocal back and compare it against your approved details before delivery.

Can you make it sound like a famous artist?

We can capture a genre and a feeling, but we don't imitate named artists or copy existing songs or lyrics. Your song should sound like your story, not someone else's record.

Can I include photos?

Yes. The Gift and The Keepsake turn your photos into a lyric video. Only upload photos you have the right to share and that the people pictured would be comfortable with.

Can I send it on a specific day?

Yes. You can schedule when the private gift page opens, or send the link yourself whenever you're ready.

Can the recipient keep their reaction private?

Always. Reactions are optional, and you can turn them off or close the gift page entirely at any time.
