You hear a free preview before paying, so you know what you're getting. After that, here's how we make things right.

Mistakes are ours to fix

If we get a name, fact, date, or pronunciation wrong compared with what you approved, we'll fix it. That fix never counts against your included changes.

Included changes

• The Song: one correction or remake for a factual or pronunciation error.
• The Gift: up to three changes, including style or feeling adjustments.
• The Keepsake: up to five changes, plus multiple finished versions to choose from.

We make targeted changes whenever possible—fixing the line, not rebuilding the whole song.

Refunds

If we can't deliver a song that reflects what you approved after using your included fixes, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund you. Because each song is custom-made, we can't offer refunds simply for a change of mind once a song has been delivered, but we'll always listen.
