These terms apply when you use TuneGiver (tunegiver.com). By creating a preview or placing an order, you agree to them. Questions: info@tunegiver.com.

What we make

TuneGiver creates personalized songs and related materials (lyrics, cover art, videos, gift pages) from the story and details you provide, using a combination of AI tools and automated quality checks.

Your license to your song

When you pay for an order, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, copy, share, and perform your song and materials for personal, non-commercial purposes—including giving it as a gift, playing it at events, and posting it on personal social media.

Because songs are produced with AI systems, copyright protection for them may be limited or unavailable in some places, and similar musical elements may appear in other works. We do not promise that your song is exclusive or that you will own copyright in it. If you want to use a song commercially (advertising, resale, streaming distribution), contact us first.

What you may not ask us to do

• Imitate or impersonate a named artist's voice or identity.
• Copy or closely reproduce existing copyrighted songs, melodies, or lyrics.
• Create content that harasses, defames, or sexualizes anyone, or that involves minors inappropriately.
• Upload photos, voice recordings, or personal information you don't have the right to share.

We may decline or cancel any order that breaks these rules, with a refund where appropriate.

Your content

You keep ownership of the story, photos, and recordings you give us. You grant us a limited license to use them only to create, deliver, support, and improve your order. We don't sell your content.

Previews

Previews are free, may be incomplete, and are for evaluation only.

Limits

We work hard to get every detail right, but the service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
